Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download and use Workbox. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Workbox.

License

Workbox is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these terms, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, rent, or redistribute the app, or attempt to reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows.

Acceptable use

Use Workbox lawfully and responsibly. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, to break applicable laws, or to interfere with the app's security or intended operation.

Purchases and refunds

Premium features may require a purchase processed by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. Pricing and refunds are handled under Apple's terms; please refer to Apple for billing and refund requests.

Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features, and we may discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the app working well but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

Workbox is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Workbox.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of Workbox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
